Located in the peaceful area of La Font, between the village of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this charming stone house combines the traditional character of Mallorcan architecture with the modern comforts needed for a relaxing family holiday.
Inside the Property
Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a cosy living and dining room with rustic décor and plenty of character. Traditional farming tools and antique decorative pieces evoke Mallorca’s rural heritage, blending beautifully with modern comforts to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The living area features comfortable sofas, a solid dining table with seating for six and a flat-screen TV, providing a pleasant space to unwind and spend quality time together.
On the other side of the entrance, you will find the kitchen, equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Facilities include a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and a range of kitchen utensils.
A beautiful stone archway leads to the sleeping area on the ground floor, where there are two twin or double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Upstairs, the main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Next to it, a charming mezzanine area with comfortable armchairs provides an additional spot to read, relax or simply enjoy some peace and quiet.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. To encourage energy efficiency, its use is restricted to the following hours: from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 7 pm to 7 am. These hours are fixed and cannot be changed. The property also benefits from central heating, making it a comfortable choice during the cooler months.

The outdoor spaces are among the main highlights of this property. The private 50 m² swimming pool, featuring elegant Roman-style steps, is perfect for cooling off and making the most of the Mediterranean climate. Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to supermarkets, the town and port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.
The exterior of the house has a well-kept garden and private parking. The fairly large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, as well as a bbq area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners with friends and family.
The interior of the house, nicely decorated with traditional Mediterranean touches, consists of a pleasant and bright living/dining room, with a large table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace. The charming kitchen is white furnished and the walls are decorated with small traditional tiles, which give it a very cosy atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a double bedroom, and the other two are twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower inside the house, an another one also with shower outside, just near the pool. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning, one in the living/dining room, another one in the corridor, which is shared by the two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the last one on the upstairs bedroom, which also has a terrace with beautiful views. The is also internet access (WiFi) throuhout the villa.
