It possesses a beautiful garden and a generously sized swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a nice terrace with sun loungers. There is also a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden, with dining area and barbecue.
The interior of the house is bright and spacious, with a nice mix of traditional Mallorcan style and modern comfort. There is an open plan living room with comfortable sofas, television and DVD player, dining area and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and very spacious. There is a washing machine in there.
The villa has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and another twin one, a family bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony.
This villa is very cosy and homely, and is fully air-conditioned (with timer, set between 10pm at night and 5am in the morning). It also has internet access (WiFi). It is the ideal holiday home for a family wishing to stay in a nice villa within walking distance of the town of Pollença and with good beaches nearby.

Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to supermarkets, the town and port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.
The exterior of the house has a well-kept garden and private parking. The fairly large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, as well as a bbq area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners with friends and family.
The interior of the house, nicely decorated with traditional Mediterranean touches, consists of a pleasant and bright living/dining room, with a large table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace. The charming kitchen is white furnished and the walls are decorated with small traditional tiles, which give it a very cosy atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a double bedroom, and the other two are twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower inside the house, an another one also with shower outside, just near the pool. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning, one in the living/dining room, another one in the corridor, which is shared by the two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the last one on the upstairs bedroom, which also has a terrace with beautiful views.
