Beautiful traditional style holiday rental property, ideal for a vacation surrounded by nature and tranquility. Very well located, just a few minutes' drive from the town of Pollensa, as well as from Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and other beautiful beaches, such as Formentor or Alcanada.
The stone clad walls of the façade give the villa an authentic Mallorcan ambience, along with the large beamed covered terrace, which is ideal for summer lunches and dinners.
The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable. The living/dining room is spacious, with two cosy sofas, and a large dining table with chairs. The kitchen is simple but well equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and other necessary utensils and comforts.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, all on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. It also has air conditioners, which are in operation in ecological schedules, programmed for the time slot from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, and from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
The property also has a complete bathroom and a shower room, recently converted.
The pool area is situated at the rear of the villa, conveniently elevated. Access to it is via a gated staircase, ideal for families with small children. From the pool area, there is access to a roof terrace with a table and parasol, which provides beautiful views of the area.

The kitchen had every utensil you could want and good number of cups/plates etc. The location is good for proximity to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa town, Cala Vincenc (4 lovely coves) and a day trip to the Formentor national park. The owner came and deasee more

The owner came and dealt with problems with the aircon as soon as it was reported. The villa is quaint and looks like a spanish home that has been in the family for generations. It doesn't have fancy mod cons, but doesn't need it. If you want a luxury feel, it's not for you, but we really liked it. Only 40 mins drive from Palma town and the airport. It is a 6 min walk from Lidl, so easy to stock up on food/drink. The owner also came to test the pool balance and was very friendly. Good, prompt comms with the agents/owners.

It was very difficult to find but the agents have promised to improve the arrival instructions. The pool is heated, but it could only be heated to 24 degrees in October (it doesn't have a cover), which meant that we didn't really use it as it wasn't see more

The main bed in the master bedroom was incredibly hard and gave us back ache - again a personal preference rather than a problem as such. The weather wasn't great when we were there - if it had been hotter we may have not noticed the pool temperature.

L'entrée de la maison est difficile à trouver, il n'est pas précisé qu'il faut d'abord franchir le portail d'une autre propriété privée pour accéder au portail de la villa donc impossible à trouver sans l'aide d'un voisin.
