Villa 369 is a brand new property ideal for couples or small families. This is a small, cosy villa, beautifully set only 1,5 km from Pollensa old town and just 500 metres from the local golf course. The villa has lovely views of the mountains surrounding Pollensa.
Inside, the house is welcoming and comfortable and nicely furnished. There is one double bedroom with A/C, a shower room and a lounge dining with a sofa bed (with capacity for 1 adult or 2 children) and an open plan kitchen.
Outside, you will find a nicely furnished terrace, from where you'll enjoy the lovely views of the surrounding countryside and mountains range. They are currently building a swimming-pool and we'll update our pictures shortly, including the new pool!
