Lying peacefully in the son March valley at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain Range lies this quaint finca style stone clad property, surrounded by lush gardens and orange groves. The house dates back some 200 years, it was restored some years ago maintaining features of the house like the interior stone wall and the original kitchen but adding modern conveniences like ensuite shower rooms in each of the three bedrooms. The entrance to the property is via a stone clad terrace direct into the dining area. The owners have maintained the original kitchen with the stone clad flooring and wooded beams and have added modern appliances like the ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. A window from the kitchen connects to the outside covered porch perfect for al fresco dining.
Continuing from the dining room is the large living room with comfortable sofas and traditional Majorcan soft furnishings, an open plan fireplace takes pride of place. Here there is also a flat screen TV with Satellite channels and DVD.
Off the living area is one of the two double bedrooms in the house with en suite shower room.
A flight of steps takes you to the first floor, here a large sitting area with a small fireplace and exit onto a terrace has two single beds for extra accommodation, off this area there are two more bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds each with their own en suite shower room.
All bedrooms are air conditioned with Breezair (natural air conditioning).
Outside the 8 x 4 m swimming pool lies down a small tiled path from the house and is surrounded by shrubs and trees. There is a BBQ just off the front terrace and a traditional wood burning oven under the covered porch.
There is wifi throughout the whole house.

Please note the house sleeps a maximum of 8 people although there are only 3 bedrooms, two of the single beds are in a living area.
