We are delighted to offer you a true dream villa situated in a lovely residential area in Cala San Vicente. The villa is situated only a short walk from the beautiful coves, as well as from local shops, cafés and restaurants. The views are breathtaking and the outdoor areas invite to many relaxing hours in the shade and long summer meals al fresco. The kidney shaped swimming-pool is huge (20x10m) and has a small bridge crossing it at the center. From the sun deck surrounding the pool you have a superb view over the mountains and the typical pine groves in the area.
Inside, all rooms and areas a light and spacious. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 double with en suite bathroom and one twin room, as well as a separate bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs; two doubles with en suite bathrooms and two twin rooms (one with bunk beds) that share a bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs have air-condition.
The social areas are large and inviting, with comfortable furniture and lots of natural light due to the large windows. The villas was recently renovated and has preserved charming features like the wooden ceiling beams, the beautiful antique floor tiling and sandstone arches. The fitted kitchen on the ground floor is well equpped and has plenty of storage space. The villa offers all the modern appliances we like to find in holiday homes (internet connection, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, satellite TV, air-condition...) and is suitable for large family gatherings, groups of friends, smaller retreats/theme holidays as well as corporate trips. It makes a perfect retreat and relaxing holiday home, far from everyday stress and noise.
