Holiday villa to rent in Pollensa, Mallorca

This is a villa in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from Pollensa. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Majorcan style with plenty of outdoor space around the terraces and pool area.
The main entrance is located on the first floor and it takes us straight to the lounge-dining room with beamed ceilings and ceramic floor tiles. The lounge has a sofa and two easy chairs and is equipped with both satellite TV and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen has everything you could possible need in a self catering property, such as a microwave oven, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen has also an exit to the side covered veranda.
A corridor leads us to the bedrooms, one double and two twins, that share a full bathroom and an outdoor shower room. All bedrooms have air condition and are bright and airy.
Double doors from the lounge lead out onto the large and shady covered terrace with nice views of the swimming pool area. The swimming pool with Roman steps is surrounded by different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes and has nice views of the mountains.
Villa 302 is a lovely house with fantastic outdoor areas - a large pool, terraces, sun deck, built-in barbecue - and a privileged situation. It is a perfect holiday retreat for anyone who looks for privacy, yet being close to beaches, restaurants, cafés, bars and shops as well as to water sports and cultural activities.
