Welcome pack and bottle of wine left. The villa was clean, tidy and well appointed. Lovely spot, quiet and restful with delightful garden. The owners responded immediately to our enquiries and replaced a breakage without delay.
We all loved the pool, enjoyed dining on the veranda and using the outside kitchen and b.b.que

Bilder och beskrivningar av villan och omgivningarna gav inte rättvisa utan överträffades faktiskt av verkligheten. Det är ett annorlunda hus, som man inte glömmer i första taget. Ett roligt extra plus var alla djuren som fanns runt huset. Det var särskilt roligt för barnen. Pollensa är en vacker del av Mallorca och har man bara tillgång till bil så är villan väl placerad med tillgång till Alcudia, Pollensa och Formentorhalvön.

Lovely house well kitted out and great views
Loved the terrace, spacious clean and fab views, great location used the paddle board which was fun and beach being so close. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants.Used BBQ on back terrace which was a nice option too.

Our second trip to Pollensa and just as great as the first. Wonderful area, very good villa. Lovely extended outdoor space, pool and gardens with fruit ripe to pick and eat. Simply lovely. An easy walk into town and back for meals or shopping, managed by all - children 8 and 12 loved it (and I'm sure younger would cope too). A few teething problems: missing kettle, a bit of extra cleaning and old/worn utensils efficiently sorted on day one with no fuss by Holiday Rep and Owner. Home-from-home for us with ponies next door! Will return again to Pollensa and probably the same villa. Eating out always good in Pollensa and abundance of good food to buy if/when you cook in.

Beautiful villa in perfect location

We had a great stay at La Font and would recommend it to anyone with children over the age of 7. Pollenca town is about a 20 minute walk with children ( I jogged it in about 10 mins). There are 2 supermarkets and fantastic bar (the oasis) really near by - about a 5 minute drive. The Villa itself is amazing, large and rambling with lots of fantastic cubby holes and curiosities. It is a very traditional style with old farm implements (hence recommendation for no young children) and lots of history behind it I am sure. Outside space is equally fantastic with a mix of concrete and gravel areas and plenty of seating including 'barbeque' area with stone built grill and pit. The pool is a nice size in a walled off area, that with care can be walked around. All in all a great place for a holiday, very helpful and friendly agents and the owner bent over backwards to help when the gas ran out!

FABULOUS TIME!
This villa has everything you could wish for. Air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Nice bathroom with bonus of shower and toilet outside. Fresh towels during the week. Nice loungers Nice sized bbq. Lovely pool which was checked during our stay. Only draw back to pool is the depth for young children. Our 6 year old could not stand up in any part of the pool. Villa is close to the Port and beach, as well as the supermarket. I think a car is definitely an advantage at this villa. Villa is situated in very quiet area. Great for a family.

Lovely villa in a secluded quiet location
My husband, 15 year old daughter and myself spent 2 weeks at this villa, on arrival we found it to be lovely and clean, and all was in order. There was a welcome pack and fresh fruit in the kitchen. The villa is situated well away from the nearest town but I knew this when booking, very quiet location and very secluded, which was lovely. Surrounded by large pine trees and with paths to explore if you should wish. The wi-fi worked well, although the satellite TV was not so good as mainly German speaking channels. Air con worked well in the bedrooms, which was needed several nights. We had an issue with a ceiling panel falling down after being there 2 days, but Erika, the woman I dealt with from the agency, sorted it out in a few hours, she couldn't have been more helpful. The owners were very nice and helpful too. Now to the only negative points, firstly as I like to cook whilst on holiday I found it tricky with the lack of basic equipment, the sharp knives were very blunt and the fact that if supplying a dishwasher double the amount of crockery and cutlery should be supplied. The water is very hard and lime scale is a problem if using the dishwasher. The washing machine worked well and the airer was very useful to dry the washing outside in the garden. As we spent 2 weeks in the villa it would have been nice if the villa had had a clean after the first week, I had to use kitchen wipes is took with me to clean the bathroom etc. The beds were changed and the towels which was good. We did our shopping at the Lidl and Eroski that were close by, top tip don't go Sunday morning as it is heaving with holiday makers, go on Saturday, they are open till 10. One tip is do not have 4 cooker rings on and the fan oven, it tripped the electric and my husband had to find the box and reset it. Also the sockets in the main bedroom - one is not attached to the wall very well, it kept tripping the electric when I used it, the other has a crack down the center of it and make a crackle noise when used.
On the whole the villa is lovely, I wouldn't return as we very rarely ever go back to the same place on holiday, but I would recommend the villa.
