Holiday villa to rent in Pollensa/Alcudia, Mallorca

Perched on an elevated position on the border of the town of Pollensa lies this old farmhouse converted now into an elegant family home. The house is so close to the town that a car is not necessary but convenient if you want to explore the rest of the island.
The living accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor is the lounge area with satellite TV and DVD. One double bedroom with a 1.5 m bed on one side of the lounge and one shower room on the other side of the lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge /freezer. Separate dining area with table and chairs.
On the first floor lie the two further bedrooms, one master double bedroom with a king size bed and one twin bedroom. Further fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower hose.

Outside steps will bring you up to the pool level where the 6 x 3,20 m pool takes pride of place, a covered BBQ house complete with sink and small fridge for drinks, dining table and sun loungers complete the outside. As the house is on the side of a small hill, there is no garden but only shrubs and plants around the pool area, all very well kept.
Wifi throughout the house.
